About Us

Our Philosophy

Every Consumer has a right to verify and validate any unsecured debt claimed against them by any Creditor before paying. [Fair Debt Collection Practices Act of 1977 (FDCPA Updated July 2010) and Fair Credit Reporting Act of 1970 (FCRA Updated Sept 2018)]

We offer boutique-style service, tailoring programs to your unique debt situation.  We provide you with the best possible financial outcome and unparalleled customer service.  Our results are guaranteed.

Our Story

We’re an independent Financial Services firm specializing in verification of unsecured debts by applying the rules and regulations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Our programs provide education and services that can help you on a path to financial freedom.

In late 2010, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) amended its Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR) to ban any advance fees from Debt Relief Providers. Debt Relief Service Providers are required to adhere to a performance-based model, where fees are not collected until services have been rendered.

Our Process

Once you’ve decided to Liberate Your Debt, each Client will undergo a qualification process, where we determine if our firm will be able to help you and will accept your case. Upon acceptance into our Validation Program, we will then tailor an individualized plan you can afford and easily follow.

On average it takes three (3) to six (6) months for Clients to receive collection letters, due to the fact that original Creditors have 180 days to charge-off and transfer accounts. Once we receive your collection letters from you, we will respond on your behalf.

Often Collection Agencies do NOT have the proper documentation to your collect debt. Through our Validation Program, we demand Collectors provide proof of their legal right to collect from you.

This process is 100% legal, ethical and is the right granted to each Consumer by laws such as the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act of 1977 (FDCPA Last Updated July 2010) and Fair Credit Reporting Act of 1970 (FCRA Last Updated Sept 2018).
